Springers mocht in eerste instantie hun eengezinswoning in het Utrechtse Lombok stapsgewijs ombouwen naar ‘stijlvol en super comfortabel’. Een paar jaar later hebben we ze bijgestaan in de verwezenlijking van hun ultieme woondroom. In samenwerking met Studio 110 Architectuur zijn we de uitdaging aangegaan om van twee huizen één te maken.

Springers was initially given the opportunity to gradually transform their single-family home in Lombok, Utrecht, into a stylish and ultra-comfortable home. A few years later, we helped them realize their ultimate dream home. In collaboration with Studio 110 Architectuur, we took on the challenge of combining two houses into one.

Buiten én binnen.
Voor buiten zijn we nauwgezet geweest op de materialisatie van de gevelbekleding, de uitstraling van de pui en de uitbouw zodat de vormen blijven kloppen.

Binnen hebben we een nieuwe logische indeling gemaakt, waarin glazen deuren van Glas Italia de verschillende ruimtes ontsluiten. In ons contrastrijke ontwerp wordt glad afgewisseld met structuur, transparant met spiegeling en wordt er gespeeld met spectaculaire kleurstellingen.

Both inside and out.
We meticulously considered the materials used for the facade cladding, the appearance of the façade, and the extension to ensure the shapes remained consistent.

Inside, we created a new, logical layout, with glass doors from Glas Italia opening up the various spaces. Our contrasting design alternates smooth with textured, transparent with reflective, and features spectacular color schemes.
